Welcome to HCB

The Howard County Ballet (HCB) was founded by Kathi Ferguson in 1997 to give all area dancers and viewing audiences the benefit of the educational value of fine performances.  HCB provides a loving and caring environment for children and adults to perform with professionals as well as to receive elite dance instruction.  The Howard County Arts Council supports HCB through a grant.
